Due to our special relationships with our farmers, we are now able to bring you closer to the produce than ever.
We believe in treating the produce with the greatest respect and we are fortunate enough to have partnered with Gower Salt Marsh Lamb to fulfil your produce requests; directly reared, grazed, cut and sent directly from their farm on The Gower Peninsular.
The livestock graze on this tidal marsh and gain their main nourishment from this unique pasture, which consists of saltmarsh grasses, samphire, sorrel, sea lavender and thrift.
We could go on about how amazing this produce is, but this is one of those times when the produce really does do the talking!
