Regular meat delivery

Order by midnight on Monday for delivery that Thursday. We prepare orders on Tuesday and dispatch on Wednesday using a priority pre-midday, next-day service. Orders placed after the Monday cutoff move to the following week’s Thursday delivery. Check the delivery date shown at checkout before placing your order.

Delivery charges

Standard UK meat orders use the following delivery bands:

Enter your full delivery address at checkout to confirm the available service and final charge before payment. Discounts can affect eligibility for free delivery. Restaurant sample orders have their own delivery rate, shown at checkout; digital gift vouchers are delivered by email.

Where we deliver

Our online checkout is set up for UK delivery. If you have a question about delivery to your postcode, or checkout does not offer a service for your address, please contact [email protected] before ordering. Delivery outside the UK is not available through the online checkout.

Christmas meat — a separate delivery

Christmas-labelled meat is for delivery on Thursday 17 December 2026. This date applies only to products in the Christmas range, not to regular meat. Please place Christmas products and regular products in separate orders. Delivery charges and the free-delivery threshold apply to each order separately.

Receiving your order

Please arrange for someone to receive your chilled order and refrigerate the meat promptly on arrival. You can leave safe-place instructions in the order notes at checkout; whether the parcel can be left safely is at the courier’s discretion.
