Cooking Instructions
As you probably know by now — we love fire. So naturally, these sausages were made to shine over flames. Throw them on the grill or over some gentle smoke, and you’ll get the best of that beautiful beef flavour.
But hey — if pan-frying’s your thing, go for it. Want to start in the pan and finish in the oven? Perfect. Prefer to pop them under the grill? That works too.
These sausages are made with our beef and our ethos: cook them how you like them.
